Leadership - Brendyn Grimaldi

Brendyn Grimaldi

Brendyn is the Managing Partner of ABDJ Ventures. Prior to founding ABDJ, Brendyn led investments at Berenson Capital and Halyard Capital. He also spent two years as an investment banker at Credit Suisse after starting his career as an analyst with J.P.Morgan Asset Management. Across twenty years in private equity, Brendyn has focused on investments in B2B Software and Tech-Enabled Services in the lower middle market. He has served on the Boards of Collette Health, Device42, TI Health, Stratex, Aberdeen Group, Jun Group, Practice Insight, HCPRO, The Greeley Company and Engauge Marketing. Brendyn received his B.S. in Finance from Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College. He lives in New York with his wife and two young children. In spare time, he enjoys running, fishing, live music and coaching kids' sports.
